We are seeking a HR Business Partner Co-ordinator to join our team. In this role you will work as part of a customer focused employee relations team, you will be the first line support for our Business Partners and you will ensure the efficient and proactive customer service experience for all our staff. Also, you will play a role in employee relations projects and learn to support managers with their business needs, providing high quality advice.

About the role:
- Provide proactive administrative support to HR Business Partners, managing the HR inbox, preparing reports and workforce data, and ensuring timely, effective service delivery.
- Coordinate key employee lifecycle processes, including probation, absence management, occupational health, employee exits, and maternity/paternity administration.
- Support and progressively manage low-risk employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with HR policies, employment law, and best practice.
- Monitor and analyse workforce metrics, preparing data and insights to identify trends and support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, including case documentation, meeting notes, correspondence, and employee files, in line with data protection requirements.
- Contribute to HR projects, provide cover for colleagues during absences, and support continuous improvement across the People & Culture team.
- Promote organisational values by maintaining professional development and adhering to safeguarding, diversity, equity and inclusion, health and safety, and confidentiality standards.
Essential Experience:
- Previous experience of working in a HR Department carrying out a range of high quality HR support services.
Essential Qualifications:
- Education to level 3 or above and/or a professional qualification in relevant subject area or equivalent.
