Charles Muddle Ltd a family run specialist metal recycling business based near Billingshurst, West Sussex are seeking dependable Line Operatives to work as part of a team, undertaking sorting and separation of recyclable materials on a conveyor line in accordance with operational and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities
· Manually sort recyclable materials from a conveyor belt
· Identify and remove contaminants and non-recyclable items to maintain material quality
· Comply with all operational procedures and environmental regulations
· Maintain a clean and safe working environment
· Adhere to health and safety policies
· Work efficiently and collaboratively within the team to meet productivity targets
· Other site-based tasks as required
Essential skills
· Physically fit and able to work in fast-paced, manual environment
· Punctual, dependable and committed to maintaining high standards
· Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
· Willingness to work in a recycling setting
Desirable skills
· Previous experience in metal recycling or a similar role
· Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures

Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
