The Role
We are currently looking for a caring, reliable, and motivated Part-Time Care Worker to join our team in Milton Keynes. This role involves providing personal care and domestic support to clients in their own homes during evenings and weekends.
You will play a vital role in helping people maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
- Assisting with mobility and medication reminders
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when required
- Carrying out domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Following care plans and company policies at all times
What We’re Looking For
- A kind, patient, and compassionate nature
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in care is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
