Healey Care Ltd is an established, family-owned company located in Rochdale. We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and hardworking individual to join our Supported Living team in Walmersley.
Job Description:
We are seeking strong experienced support staff with a strong command of the English language and a fantastic communicator to work with adults with Learning disabilities in our exciting services based within the Bury area. We provide a comprehensive range of support services for adults who have a range of learning disability needs.
The ideal candidate will be strong minded, calm under pressure, proactive, caring and have the ability to lead by example. Working within a similar role support adults with complex behaviours is desirable. Full training will be given to the right individual who will have access to our pool car to take our clients for days out so driving is essential.
