Behind the scenes, we design, manufacture, store and distribute products for some of the UK’s best-known brands — and we’re looking for an organised, proactive Online Channels Supervisor to help keep our online sales channels running efficiently.
This role is at the heart of our ecommerce operation, supporting the day-to-day running of our own Shopify website and Amazon marketplace account, while ensuring customers receive a smooth, positive post-order experience.
From monitoring order flow and resolving issues to supporting aftersales, stock management, finance processes and marketplace maintenance, no two days will look the same. You’ll work closely with our ecommerce, warehouse, sales and finance teams, acting as a key link between departments to help keep everything moving.
You’ll also supervise our part-time Online Fulfilment colleague, who is responsible for picking and packing online orders, helping to make sure our customers receive the right products, on time and with great service.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing online orders and fulfilment across our own Shopify ecommerce website and Amazon Seller Central account
- Supervising the Online Fulfilment Operative and supporting the smooth picking and packing of customer orders
- Providing customer service and aftersales support across our online channels
- Monitoring order flow, identifying issues and helping resolve queries quickly and effectively
- Supporting stock management to help maintain accurate availability across platforms
- Processing orders, stock and finance-related activity in Sage
- Maintaining product information, listings and operational activity across our online platforms and marketplaces
- Working closely with the ecommerce, warehouse, sales and finance teams to support a joined-up customer journey
- Preparing reports and monitoring performance to help improve online channel efficiency and service levels
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be organised, reliable and commercially minded, with strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in ecommerce and online sales. We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Previous experience in ecommerce, online sales or marketplace administration
- Proven experience using Amazon FBA/FBM administration
- Experience using Shopify or another ecommerce platform Strong Sage 200 experience
- Confidence using computers, spreadsheets, email and online platforms
- A commercial mindset with a focus on increasing sales and improving customer experience
- Good written and spoken English
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- A proactive, reliable approach and the confidence to work independently
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to be part of a growing business

This is a temporary role expected to last between 3–6 months, and we are happy to consider candidates looking to work four days per week.
