Edstart are looking for an enthusiastic and professional individual with a passion for sports coaching. Applicants will be required to teach sport and physical education to children and young people in a number of primary school settings. Applicants will be required to work in line with the PE National Curriculum and/or set programs of study. EdStart deliver a range of extracurricular activities before school, at lunch times, after school and during school holidays. Applicants should be aware that they may be required to work during these periods. The current position will be available on a part-time basis, however there will be opportunity to progress to full time based on performances after 6 months.

Responsibilities of an Edstart Sports Coach: - To plan and deliver a range of high quality sports sessions - Inspire young people to lead active and healthy lifestyles - To teach lessons in line with Ofsted criteria and the PE national curriculum -Work closely with schools and staff to build positive relationships
Requirements to be an Edstart Sports Coach: - Own transport as you will be required to travel to a number of locations - Self motivated and have a passion for teaching/coaching sport - Previous experience in a school environment would be highly beneficial - Be able to pass an enhanced DBS check and deemed safe to work with children
Hours: Minimum (Casual) 20 hours P/W increased based on performance and with opportunity to secure full time contract.
