- Providing emotional support and positive engagement
- Following personalised support plans, PBS strategies, and risk assessments
- Supporting community activities, appointments, and social opportunities

- Maintaining safe, clean, welcoming environments
What We’re Looking For
- A caring, patient, person‑centred approach
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stay calm and professional in challenging situations
- Flexibility to work across multiple homes
- Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
Experience isn’t essential—we provide full training. What matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn.
Requirements
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
- Care Certificate (or willingness to complete)
- Ability to travel between Gosport and Portsmouth homes
What We Offer
- Full induction and ongoing training
- Supportive management and a positive team culture
