Position: Restaurant Supervisor
Type: Seasonal - Full Time
Rate of pay: £15.50 per hour (holiday pay inclusive) – Paid Weekly. This includes a £1 retainer within the rate.

The Role
Predominantly you will be supervising and taking control of the entire restaurant team in the absence of the restaurant manager. We believe highly in delivering quality of customer service, a service that is full of energy, warmth and passion. Providing and maintaining this service within the team is an essential requirement of this position.
This supervisory position holds great responsibility, such as money handling upon opening, closing and throughout the shift, Inspiring, motivating and coaching team members to provide fantastic customer service and knowledge of products. You will be ensuring cleanliness of the venue and the appearance is kept to a high standard and working closely with management team. As restaurant supervisor you will coordinate the development of the team and delegating tasks throughout the shift all the while ensuring the team provide outstanding customer service.
This is a role of responsibility, requiring flexibility (no job is too big or too small), leading by example and being a strong team player. Varying responsibilities typically found within a supervisory role can be expected and can be discussed at interview.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a team player that holds high levels of professionalism, the ability to take on responsibility, delegate, and lead teams along side our restaurant manager. You will be a key member of the F&B department, assisting to manage a diverse team, ensuring standards are met and customers are receiving an excellent service.
