Eligibility Requirements
Applications are welcomed from candidates who meet one of the following criteria:
- Trainee Solicitor applicants: You must have passed SQE1 before submitting
your application and now undertaking the SQE2.
- Newly Qualified Solicitor applicants: You must be qualified, or due to qualify
shortly, and have completed at least six months in a residential conveyancing
during your training.

- Academic Achievement: A minimum 2:1 degree and a solid academic record.
- Interest in Residential Property: A genuine desire to develop a career in
residential conveyancing and deliver an excellent service to clients.
- Strong Communication Skills: The ability to communicate clearly and
professionally with clients, colleagues and other parties involved in a
transaction.
- Attention to Detail: A careful and methodical approach, with the ability to
identify issues and maintain accuracy when working to deadlines.
- Organisation and Time Management: The ability to prioritise competing
demands, progress matters efficiently and work effectively under pressure.
- Commercial Awareness: An understanding of the importance of providing a
responsive, efficient and commercially focused service.
- Positive and Proactive Approach: Enthusiasm, flexibility, initiative and a
willingness to learn and contribute as part of a busy team.
