Warehouse Operative – Full Time (Permanent)
Location: Leeds (Close to City Centre)
Salary: From £13 per hour (Reviewed annually in April)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm + 1 in 3 Saturdays (paid at double time)
Neo Direct is a rapidly growing online retail company based just outside Leeds city centre. We're on the lookout for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our expanding team. Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient running.
- Organise and allocate stock to appropriate warehouse locations.
- Handle and transport goods safely, ensuring all company stock and equipment is secure.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and care.
- Replenish stock as needed across warehouse zones.
- Process and inspect customer returns.
- Load and unload stock from delivery vehicles and containers.
- Adhere to all health & safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
Additional Warehouse Support:
- Assist the Warehouse Manager with day-to-day operational tasks.
- Receive, inspect, and book in deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised warehouse environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous forklift experience (Flexi and Counterbalance) is desirable.
- A positive team player with a proactive attitude.
- Organised, methodical, and able to follow processes accurately.
- Comfortable with manual handling tasks.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
- A practical, hands-on individual with a “can-do” mindset.
Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday (typically 7:30am – 4:00pm).
- Weekend work: 1 in every 3 Saturdays, paid at double time.
Remote Work: Not applicable – this is an on-site position.
