We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and empathetic Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team and help us maintain our excellent reputation.
The Role
This is a fast paced and varied role where no two days are the same. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive top tier support from the moment they place an order to post delivery care. You will also work closely with our vibrant showroom team to provide a seamless experience for walk in customers and enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- First Impressions: Conduct welcoming outbound calls to new customers to confirm their orders and outline next steps.
- Omnichannel Support: Manage and resolve customer enquiries efficiently via both email and telephone.
- Problem Solving: Confidently handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and process refunds or exchanges in line with company policy.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside the Showroom team to assist with walk-in customers, face-to-face enquiries, and showroom-related admin.
- Data Management: Accurately update customer records and order details on our internal systems.

- Flexibility: Happy to work alternative Saturdays to support our peak weekend trading hours.
- Experience: Previous Customer Service experience is required!
