Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong office experience and administrative skills to contribute to the smooth operation of our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various clerical tasks, maintaining accurate records, and supporting daily office functions. A professional demeanour, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in relevant software are essential for this position.
Duties
- Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct them appropriately
- Handle data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office,
- Maintain organised filing systems both digitally and physically
- Support the preparation of reports, correspondence, and other documentation
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents
- Update and manage client or customer databases ensuring data accuracy
- Provide support to team members with various administrative needs to ensure efficient workflow
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good telephone manners and professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with clerical tasks such as filing, record keeping, and document management
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new software or systems as required
