We are looking for an Ecommerce Operations Manager who can take ownership of daily online store operations and order fulfilment processes. You are not just managing product listings; you are helping improve the customer journey, reduce delays, support stock accuracy, and make sure online orders are handled professionally from purchase to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Ecommerce Operations: Manage daily online store activities, order flow, product updates, stock coordination, fulfilment checks, and customer order support.
Order Management: Monitor orders from purchase to dispatch, resolve fulfilment issues, coordinate delivery updates, and reduce processing delays.
Product Listings: Support accurate product descriptions, pricing updates, images, stock status, and category organisation across ecommerce channels.
Inventory Coordination: Work with warehouse, purchasing, and operations teams to maintain stock accuracy and prevent overselling.
Customer Experience: Support smooth customer communication, after sales updates, returns coordination, and issue resolution.
Marketplace Support: Assist with online marketplace platforms, product visibility, listing quality, and performance improvement where required.
Reporting: Prepare regular updates on order volumes, fulfilment issues, returns, stock concerns, and ecommerce performance.
Process Improvement: Identify recurring operational problems, recommend workflow improvements, and help make ecommerce processes more efficient.
Team Coordination: Work with customer service, sales support, warehouse, administration, and management teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 3 plus years of experience in ecommerce operations, online retail, order management, marketplace support, fulfilment coordination, or retail operations.
Ecommerce Knowledge: Experience with ecommerce platforms, online orders, product listings, stock updates, returns, and customer support processes.
Organisation: You can manage multiple tasks, track order issues, follow deadlines, and keep accurate records.
Problem Solving: You can identify fulfilment problems, coordinate practical solutions, and know when to escalate urgent issues.
Communication: You can work clearly and professionally with customers, suppliers, warehouse teams, and internal departments.
Technology Interest: Experience or interest in gadgets, consumer electronics, accessories, ecommerce, or retail technology is helpful.
Mindset: You are detail oriented, reliable, customer focused, and proactive. You understand that strong ecommerce operations are about accuracy, speed, and customer trust.
Pay: £4,000.00-£4,200.00 per month
