- Engaging with clients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience
- Consulting with clients to understand their desired look and offering expert advice where appropriate
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the work station and tools
- Building lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service
- Managing appointment schedules efficiently to minimise wait times
- Staying updated with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling and barbering
Requirements
- must have at least 5 years experience in customer service, hair styling, or barbering is desirable
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to listen attentively and articulate clearly
- A recognised qualification or certification in hairdressing or barbering is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Organised with good time management skills to
