Job Title: Housekeeper – End-of-Tenancy
Hours: 2 hours every 2 weeks

About the Role:
The Orkis Group is excited to open a brand-new position within our growing business! As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a friendly, reliable Housekeeper to support our care homes with end-of-tenancy cleaning when residents move out. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team and grow with us.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Carrying out deep cleaning of vacated rooms or units, ensuring each space feels fresh, welcoming, and ready for its next resident.
- Cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces, fixtures, bathroom areas, and kitchenettes (if present).
- Wiping walls, doors, and high-touch areas to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
- Removing any remaining rubbish or items left behind.
- Reporting any maintenance issues or repairs needed.
- Leaving each room beautifully clean and move-in ready.

What We’re Looking For:
- Someone with a great eye for detail and pride in their work.
- A friendly, trustworthy person who is comfortable working independently.
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle — this is essential due to travel between sites.
- Experience in cleaning or housekeeping is helpful but not required—we value the right attitude most of all.
- Reliability, professionalism, and good communication skills.
