RECEPTIONIST, WE ARE BASED ACROSS 2 SITES, B26 1PE AND B37 7BG

The role will require you to:
- To interact with patients to provide and process information in response to enquiries, concerns and requests about practice and appropriate external services
- To ensure that all patients have a positive experience
- To work as part of the team in a professional manner providing high quality reception, administration and support services to all clients, visitors, clinicians and allied health professionals
- To follow all relevant standard operating policies, procedures and protocols to ensure working in an efficient and courteous manner at all times
- To provide a professional call-handling service and associated administration duties
- To embed and sustain an ethos of care navigation throughout the team, providing advice and guidance and signposting patients to the most appropriate clinician/service
- To record all essential information accurately and efficiently
We are looking for motivated individuals with good communication/customer service skills who is IT literate and who preferably have experience working in a similar environment/capacity previously.

- To interact with patients to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about NHS services
- Dedicated, flexible individuals with high aspirations for themselves and for integrated primary care teams
- Key skills in customer service orientation, communication, stress tolerance, listening and problem solving
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications, Microsoft Word and EMIS Web [Desired but not essential as full training will be provided]
