The opportunity
Peak Wildlife Park is looking for a commercially minded Digital & Growth Marketing Manager to turn our brand, content and digital channels into measurable growth. You will own campaigns across paid media, website, email and social - driving ticket sales, memberships, animal experiences, events and repeat visits.
This is not a role focused only on posting content. We need someone who combines strong creative judgement with data, testing and commercial accountability. You will report directly to the Managing Director and have the freedom to improve activity quickly when the evidence supports it.
What you will do
- Plan and deliver integrated digital campaigns against clear visitor and revenue targets.
- Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google, Meta and other relevant channels.
- Improve website and booking conversion through better messaging, landing pages and structured testing.
- Develop email and CRM activity that supports acquisition, repeat visits, membership and customer value.
- Create clear content plans across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, using each channel for a defined purpose.
- Coordinate colleagues, creators, photographers, agencies and suppliers to deliver campaigns on time.
- Manage the agreed marketing budget, moving spend towards activity that performs and stopping activity that does not.
- Report monthly on spend, revenue, return, conversion, lessons and the actions that follow.
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in digital marketing, growth marketing or e-commerce, with evidence of improving revenue, acquisition or conversion.
- Hands-on experience of paid search and paid social, including campaign creation, testing and optimisation.
- Confidence using analytics and reporting tools to turn data into clear decisions.
- Experience of websites, landing pages, online booking or e-commerce conversion.
- Experience of email marketing, CRM and audience segmentation.
- Strong copywriting and creative judgement across photography and video.
- A practical, organised and accountable approach, with the confidence to own budgets, deadlines and results.
- Experience in tourism, leisure, attractions, hospitality, retail or events is useful but not essential.
What success looks like
- Marketing activity produces measurable growth in priority revenue streams - not just reach and engagement.
- Paid campaigns are accurately tracked and actively optimised against agreed targets.
- The website, booking journey and CRM programme continually improve.
- Campaigns are planned early, delivered on time and understood across the park.
