Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Inclusion and Behaviour Centre Manager to lead and oversee our specialised centre in Crawley. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing programmes that promote inclusive practices, behavioural support, and personalised learning strategies. Duties
- Lead the planning, organisation, and delivery of programmes tailored to individual needs within the centre.
- Supervise and support staff, including educators and behavioural specialists, ensuring high standards of practice.
- Develop personalised behaviour management plans in collaboration with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness, making adjustments to optimise outcomes.
- Foster an inclusive environment that promotes respect, understanding, and participation for all individuals.
- Organise training sessions for staff on inclusive practices and behaviour management techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of progress, incidents, and programme activities in compliance with organisational policies.
- Liaise with external agencies, educational institutions, and families to ensure holistic support for service users.
- Promote continuous professional development within the team through coaching and mentoring.
Requirements
- Proven experience in teaching or behavioural support roles within inclusive settings.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple programmes simultaneously.
- Knowledge of current best practices in inclusion, behaviour management, and personalised learning strategies.
- Compassionate approach with excellent communication skills to engage effectively with individuals, families, and professionals.
- Relevant qualifications in education, special educational needs (SEN), or behavioural support are desirable.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning within the field of inclusion.
Pay: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
