Responsibilities

- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised proposals and quotations that meet client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM systems.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify emerging opportunities.
- Drive customer service excellence by addressing client queries promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development roles, preferably within a similar industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as required for client meetings and networking events.
- Proficiency in IT systems, including CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
