Sales Coordinator, Permanent, Bermondsey, London - Firetecnics Systems

What You'll be Doing
- Preparing quotations.
- Chasing engineers for addition information and documentation.
- Maintain and accurately update sales and customer records, using various CRM systems, including HubSpot.
- Monitor and prompt the sales team to maintain quality records on customers and deals.
- Communicate with customers when required.
- Prepare documents and information using MS Office.
- Assist with the onboarding process and documentation for new customers as and when required.
- Develop daily/weekly/monthly and ad hoc sales reports.
- Send out email campaigns.
What we are looking for:
- Positive and helpful personality.
- Values timeliness and accuracy.
- Strong computer skills with experience and confidence of using HubSpot, MS Office with Word etc.
- A strong team player with ability to manage demands across cross functional lines.
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
