STARTING LATE SUMMER, our client require an experienced Senior Project Manager on a long term project in South West London.
Overseeing trades and labour from the client's own workforce, appointed subcontractors and those provided by agencies, you'll need to bring everyone together to ensure the smooth delivery of the project.
The successful candidate will be point of contact for the director of our client, their client, as well as liaising with the local council.

Essential Experience:
- Senior Project Manager with experience in hotel/residential conversions, listed buildings, and complex projects
- (Freelance, although would consider perm but for the specific project, for the right person)
- IT/email literate and competent with Microsoft programming
- Full understanding of drawings
- Client facing and able to run client and subcontractor meetings
- Programme, quality, budget, and H&S focused
- Excellent track record in project delivery
The right person will need to be involved in the project for 4 weeks during preconstruction and 100% based on site throughout.
