At Nanas, we’re not your typical Indian restaurant. We’re a vibrant, busy Indian tapas restaurant passionate about creating unforgettable food, exciting flavours, and memorable dining experiences. We’re looking for a talented and imaginative Head Chef who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and wants to help take our food to the next level.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and inspiring a close-knit kitchen team.
- Creating exciting, high-quality Indian tapas dishes with flair and consistency.
- Working collaboratively with the team and leading by example.
- Maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen organisation.
- Supporting all areas of the kitchen—no job is too big or too small.
- Managing food preparation, stock control, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations during busy services.
- Helping develop new menus and seasonal specials that keep our customers coming back for more.
What We’re Looking For
- An experienced chef with strong leadership skills.
- A genuine passion for creative cooking and exceptional food.
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and can motivate others.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Calm under pressure and able to perform in a busy restaurant environment.
- A positive, hardworking attitude with pride in every dish served.
- Applicants must already have the legal right to work in the UK.
