What You'll Be Doing
As a Care Assistant, you will provide personalised support tailored to each individual's needs, including:
✅ Personal care and wellbeing support
✅ Preparing meals and refreshments
✅ Companionship and social interaction
✅ Household tasks such as cleaning and tidying
✅ Promoting independence and dignity
✅ Supporting service users to remain safe and comfortable in their own homes
About You
We're looking for people with a genuine passion for caring for others.
You may already have experience in care, or perhaps you've supported a family member or friend. Either way, if you're kind, patient, reliable, and caring, we'd love to hear from you.
The most important qualification is a caring heart.
You'll also need:
✔ A positive and compassionate attitude
✔ Excellent communication skills
✔ Reliability and professionalism
✔ A full UK driving licence (essential)
✔ Your own vehicle for travelling between clients
