Experienced Client Administrator / IFA Administrator
We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Client Administrator to join our team. If you have experience working for an Independent Financial Advice firm, have excellent time management, and love being part of a cohesive team, this could be the ideal role for you!
What You'll Be Doing:
In this dynamic position, you’ll work closely with Paraplanners and Financial Planners to ensure smooth and efficient client service. Your tasks will include:
- Efficient Diary Management for yourself, colleagues and clients
- Business Submissions and ongoing support for new and existing business
- Conducting Fund Analysis, Valuations, ISA & Pension Contributions
- Submitting Letters of Authority
- Managing Client Presentations and Ad hoc support for Paraplanners
What We're Looking For:
If you are organised, disciplined, and have a talent for multi-tasking, you’ll thrive in this role. At least two year’s previous experience in an administration role within an Independent Financial Advice firm is essential. Your skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a back-office system / CRM (we use Plannr & Voyant) will be key assets in supporting the team effectively.
