Nightshift Hygiene Operative
Location: Haverhill, Suffolk
Shift: Monday to Friday, 22:00 – 06:00
Pay Rate: £13.25 per hour

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for hardworking and reliable Hygiene Operatives to join our nightshift team and help maintain the highest standards across our production facility.

This role is physically demanding and involves working in a food production environment.
You will be working in areas where:
- Fresh meat is processed and prepared
- There will be a noticeable meat smell throughout parts of the factory
- Water hoses are used extensively for cleaning, creating a damp and wet working environment
- Manual handling is required throughout the shift
- You will spend most of your shift on your feet carrying out cleaning tasks

What You'll Be Doing
- Deep cleaning production equipment and factory areas
- Dismantling and reassembling machinery for cleaning
- Using cleaning chemicals safely and effectively
- Following hygiene schedules and food safety procedures
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards
- Completing cleaning records and documentation
- Supporting food safety and quality standards across the site
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Comfortable undertaking physically demanding work
- Reliable with excellent attendance
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous hygiene, cleaning, manufacturing or food production experience is advantageous but not essential
