We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic math skills when processing payments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure the health and safety of patrons.
- Previous restaurant experience is advantageous, particularly in a bar setting.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions efficiently.
