Gals 6:9 Coaching is a faith-baseed premium coaching practice for emerging women ready to strengthen identity, reframe limiting beliefs, and step into confident living. Our flagship programme, the Gals 6:9 Coaching Programme, runs in 8-week cohorts designed to deliver focused transformation through structured coaching, reflection, and accountability.

As we continue to grow, we are building a small, values-aligned team to support the expansion of our programmes, partnerships, and community. The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity (unpaid) to join as an early team member (Programme Assistant), working directly with the Founder to support the growth and development of Gals 6:9.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about faith, personal development, and creating impactful experiences for emerging women. You will gain hands-on experience in programme management, operations, event coordination, and community-focused programme delivery while contributing to meaningful transformation in the lives of young women.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations and delivery of Gals 6:9 programmes.
- Manage programme schedules, coaching session logistics, and participant communications.
- Support participant onboarding and offboarding to ensure a seamless experience.
- Maintain programme records, attendance trackers, and operational systems.
- Upload and organise programme resources, session recordings, and curriculum materials.
- Support the planning and delivery of webinars, masterclasses, coaching sessions, and special events.
- Track participant engagement and feedback, providing insights to support programme improvement.
- Provide regular operational updates to the Founder and contribute ideas to enhance programme delivery and participant experience.
