About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Part-Time Greenkeeper to join our team and help maintain our course to a high standard. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in presentation and is looking to balance work with personal life.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist with the day-to-day preparation, maintenance and presentation of the golf course.
· Carry out mowing, strimming, edging, bunker maintenance and general course set-up.
· Support the care of greens, tees, fairways, roughs and surrounding landscaped areas.
· Operate and maintain greenkeeping equipment and machinery safely, where trained to do so.
· Help with seasonal renovation, improvement and repair work across the course.
· Follow health and safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment.
· Work as part of a small team to deliver consistently high standards for members, visitors and guests.
About You
· Previous greenkeeping, grounds maintenance, horticulture or landscaping experience would be an advantage, but training can be provided for the right person.
· You will be dependable, hardworking and able to work well outdoors in all seasons.
· You will have good attention to detail and take pride in the quality of your work.
· You will be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
· A flexible approach to early starts, weekends and occasional bank holidays is desirable.
· A full UK driving license is preferred but not essential.
