The Job Role
Join our team in a varied and fast-paced support role where you'll be at the heart of delivering exceptional service to our Westcoast partners. You'll provide essential operational and administrative support, responding to partner needs while ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently. Success in this role comes from having excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:

Processing Microsoft orders accurately, maintaining a target of 99% order accuracy.

Navigating and working across a variety of vendor portals.
-
Setting up contracts and maintaining accurate internal records.
-
Proactively chasing outstanding customer orders to ensure timely completion.
-
Logging licence change requests and carrying out a range of administrative tasks.
-
Managing customer order cancellations in a professional and timely manner.
-
Responding to general order enquiries and communicating with customers via phone and email.

Producing and maintaining backorder reports.

Collaborating with Software Licensing Specialists and other Internal departments to ensure orders are completed successfully.

Keeping your knowledge up to date with Microsoft software licensing programmes and processes.

Reporting directly to the Head of Product.

To be successful in this role you will have some of the following skills and experience and the desire to develop in other areas:

Previous Microsoft Open Licensing experience is desirable, but not essential.

Previous administration experience is advantageous, but not essential.

A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

The ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage your workload effectively during busy periods.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong written communication, grammar and numerical skills.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

A self-motivated, proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop.
