Location: Mick George Head Office - Huntingdon
Working Hours: Monday - Friday between 7am – 6pm on a shift pattern, Saturdays as and when required.

- The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience as a HGV Technician with a Level 3 Heavy Vehicle Service & Maintenance qualification. We are seeking someone who can work independently and work well within a team.
The role will heavily rely on a positive, customer service focused individual who thrives in fast paced environment. Making sure every customer has the ultimate customer experience from start to finish. Multi-tasking is key to being able to manage answering the phone, complete administrative, prioritise tasks all with high attention to detail. Previous Customer Service experience is essential to thrive in this position
Main Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for all Mick George Customers building rapport with new and existing customers ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish. Answer all incoming calls and emails from customers, have adaptable approach to each customer’s needs and requirements keeping them updated throughout the process. Be highly organised completing all administrative tasks in a timely manner with high attention to detail. Undertake all relevant training as and when necessary, keeping up to date on all Mick George Products and Services.

· Ability to work under pressure.
· Highly organised with a polite and confident telephone manner.
· Computer literate, with Microsoft Office knowledge.
· Driven and pro-active individual.
· Flexibility to get tasks completed as needed with excellent attention to detail.
