Most SDR roles ask you to run someone else's playbook. This one doesn't exist yet. You'll be the one who writes it.
This company is building something genuinely different: a virtual version of a client's market, so B2C brands can simulate pricing, offers, messaging and paywall changes on thousands of AI agents before ever touching a real customer. That means clients can find their strongest option in days instead of waiting three months for an A/B test to tell them what they already suspected.
Three months old. Already funded by a leading VC. Already live with a major UK healthtech brand (think Ozempic-scale demand) and in conversation with dating apps, job platforms and D2C names doing £20m+ revenue. A wave of engineering hires lands in September. You could be employee #3.
This is a true founding BDR seat. You'll: Build the ICP and segmentation from scratch Design the outbound motion for each vertical Get first meetings on the board with the founder in everyroom Shape the go-to-market engine as it's being built, in real time
The founder previously sold a business to a major consumer brand and is in the office 5 days a week, working alongside the team rather than buried in fundraising decks. You'll be next to them from day one.
