We are looking for an experienced, motivated and organised Lettings Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our growing lettings department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants more than just a management role – we're looking for someone who can take ownership of the department, introduce new ideas, and play a key role in its continued growth and success.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all lettings operations while helping to develop the department, strengthen client relationships and identify opportunities to grow our managed portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the lettings department.
- Manage and coordinate property viewings.
- Arrange and carry out property inspections.
- Prepare and oversee inventories.
- Coordinate tenant check-ins and check-outs.
- Ensure all tenancy paperwork and legal compliance requirements are completed accurately.
- Oversee property maintenance, liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors.
- Manage rent accounts and monitor arrears where required.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to landlords and tenants.
- Develop and improve systems and processes within the department.
- Work proactively to help grow the lettings portfolio by building strong landlord relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Support the continued development and success of the lettings department.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in residential lettings or property management.
- Has strong organisational and time management skills.
- Is confident working independently and taking ownership of a department.
- Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Is proactive, commercially minded and motivated to grow the business.
- Has a good understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance.
- Holds a full UK driving licence (preferred).

Pay: £24,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
