Company Overview
FEMALE ONLY!!
FULL UK DRIVERS LICENSE AND USE OF OWN VEHICLE!!
In line with Ofsted guidance, we use the term “children” within our official job titles. However, as the individuals we support are typically older teenagers up to the age of 18, we often refer to them as “young people” or “youth” throughout our day-to-day work.
Since 2001, DNA Care Services has built a strong reputation for supplying highly skilled care professionals across a range of services, including residential homes, rehabilitation settings, and secure healthcare environments. Alongside this, we continue to grow our Residential Children’s Home services across the UK to meet increasing demand.
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Workers who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people. The ideal candidate will be committed to supporting, encouraging, and positively influencing the children and young people within our care.
Previous experience is welcomed; however, full training and qualifications can be provided. Most importantly, we are looking for individuals with the right values, attitude, and commitment to supporting young people to achieve positive outcomes.
