Front of House Team Members (Bar & Floor Staff)
The Victory at Mersea is looking for enthusiastic and friendly Front of House Team Members to join our growing team.
We have both full time and part time positions available, with opportunities to work across our bar and restaurant floor.
We're looking for people who are passionate about great hospitality and enjoy creating a welcoming experience for every guest. Whether you're serving drinks behind the bar, looking after guests in the restaurant, or helping keep service running smoothly, you'll be an important part of our team.
What we're looking for
- A positive, friendly attitude and excellent customer service skills
- A team player who enjoys working in a busy environment
- The ability to remain calm and organised during busy service periods
- Previous hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidates
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays
