We are an ambitious and expanding group early years settings across the North West. We are passionate about providing outstanding care and education for children while creating a supportive and inspiring environment for our teams.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and motivated Junior Area Manager to support our nursery managers and help drive excellence across our settings.
This is an exciting opportunity for an established Nursery Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career into an operational leadership role.
About the Role
Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will provide guidance, support and coaching to nursery managers, helping to maintain high standards of care, education, safeguarding and compliance.
You will:
- Support nursery managers with the day-to-day running of their settings.
- Monitor quality and ensure compliance with Ofsted, EYFS and statutory requirements.
- Carry out quality assurance visits, audits and action planning.
- Coach, mentor and develop nursery management teams.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and staff development.
- Assist with occupancy growth and building strong relationships with families.
- Help implement company policies, procedures and best practice across all settings.
- Support with Ofsted inspections and continuous quality improvement.
- Travel regularly between settings across the North West.
About You
We are looking for someone who is passionate about early years, enjoys supporting others to succeed and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Essential requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Nursery Manager within the same setting, demonstrating consistency and successful leadership.
- A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 5 or above desirable).
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted requirements.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
