Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and passionate Head Cocktail Bartender - Bar Manager to lead our bar team with enthusiasm and expertise. Duties
- Lead and motivate the bar team to deliver top-tier service and fostering a lively and welcoming atmosphere
- Develop and refine cocktail menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and classic favourites
- Ensure all beverages are prepared accurately and efficiently
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor stock to prevent shortages or waste
- Oversee daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with all regulations
- Train and mentor bar staff on mixology and serving techniques
- Maintain a vibrant yet organised workspace by implementing effective time management strategies
- Immaculate presentation and appearance at all times
- Ability to help out on the floor when required
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant or bar settings with a strong background in mixology and hospitality
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong understanding of basic math for cash handling and inventory management
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
- Experience in serving diverse customer needs with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
