Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Teaching Assistant – Construction Provision to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the delivery of construction-related training sessions for young learners, including those with special educational needs. Your energetic approach will help foster a positive learning environment, encourage skill development, and promote confidence among participants.
Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering construction skills sessions and practical interventions to young people.
- Support individuals with autism, disabilities, or other special needs to ensure inclusive participation.
- Engage children and young adults in activities that promote learning, safety, and teamwork.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment by adhering to health and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with participants, colleagues, and external partners to facilitate smooth session delivery.
- Monitor progress of learners, providing feedback and encouragement to enhance their development.
- Help with the preparation of materials and resources needed for training activities.
Requirements
