We’re looking for two Rehabilitation Assistants to join our specialist community rehabilitation team, supporting a young man with a brain injury who experiences significant cognitive and behavioural difficulties.
Your role is to help him:
- Engage in daily activities
- Build occupational engagement
- Try new supported activities
- Participate fully in a structured rehabilitation programme
You’ll work alongside OT, PT, Psychology, SLT and Music Therapy — with full supervision from a Consultant Occupational Therapist.

Role Essentials
- Location: South Essex
- Hours: 6 hour shifts, 5 days/week (rolling rota)
- Availability: Daytime / Evenings / Weekends
- Driving: Must drive & have access to a vehicle
- Experience: Not required — we train you
