Smashes burgers and works with the team to deliver top quality food, prepared fresh, every damn day.
Manages the kitchen in the absence of the kitchen manager, assisting with stock rotation, ordering and team management.
Complete daily compliance checks and report any issues or irregularities to management.
Opening and closing the kitchen to the required standards.
Freshly preparing our food each day, and delivering it to the required spec and standards.
Work with the front of house teams to deliver a seamless service each day, and doing it with a smile.
