Join Our Team as a Flexible and Enthusiastic Premises Assistant!
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Premises Assistant to work alongside our experienced Site manager and help keep our school running smoothly. If you enjoy hands-on work, have a good eye for maintenance, and like being part of a friendly, supportive team — this could be the perfect role for you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Assisting with maintenance, cleaning, health and safety, and security around the school
Helping with general site duties, including some manual handling (with equipment provided)
Tackling small decorating jobs and keeping our school looking its best
Acting as a key holder, which means occasional out-of-hours work (with pay)
Working closely with the premises team to ensure the site is safe, welcoming, and well-maintained
What We’re Looking For:
A flexible and enthusiastic approach to work
Good interpersonal skills and a team player attitude
Previous experience in school facilities management is a bonus but not essential
Willingness to undertake manual handling tasks safely using the correct equipment
