PRODUCTION OPERATIVES REQUIRED
Location: Omagh
Hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:00am–5:00pm | Friday, 8:00am–2:00pm
Overtime: Available at Time & ½

MPA Recruitment Omagh is currently working in partnership with a market-leading manufacturing client to recruit experienced Production Operatives to join their busy and successful production team.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy a hands-on, clean and fast-paced working environment and are looking for a role that offers great working hours, regular overtime and genuine opportunities for progression.
The role
As a Production Operative, you will become an important part of the production team, helping to ensure products are manufactured and packed to the highest standards while meeting production targets and deadlines.
The role offers excellent working hours, including an early finish every Friday at 2:00pm, with the opportunity to work regular overtime paid at Time & ½.
There is also the potential for the successful candidates to secure a permanent full-time position with our client.
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- The ability to follow instructions, procedures and Health & Safety guidelines
- Good communication skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A reliable and punctual approach to work
Previous packing line experience is desirable but not essential.
