Alpha Roofing Services Ltd is looking for a Roofing Apprentice / Trainee Roofer to join our growing team and build a long-term career within the roofing industry.

Starting rate: £13.00 per hour - Progression reviews and pay increases available based on attitude, reliability, skills development and performance.

We are not looking for someone who simply wants a job. We are looking for someone who wants to learn a trade, develop their skills and take pride in producing work they can stand back and be proud of.
No previous roofing experience is required. We will provide training and support for the right person.

- Pitched roofing systems
- Roof repairs and maintenance

- Customer and site professionalism
For the right candidate, this role will progress through industry-recognised training and NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting qualified roofers on commercial and domestic roofing projects
- Loading and unloading materials
- Maintaining clean, safe and organised work areas
- Using hand and power tools safely
- Learning roofing installation techniques
- Working as part of a professional team
- Travelling to projects throughout East Anglia
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent timekeeping, reliability & attendance
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
- Able to work at height safely
- Takes pride in producing high-quality work
- Full UK driving licence essential
- CSCS card desirable but not essential
