Paverose Construction is looking for experienced and reliable Painter & Decorators to join our growing team working on residential, commercial, and refurbishment projects across Essex and London.
Responsibilities:
- Internal and external painting and decorating.
- Surface preparation including sanding, filling, and priming.
- Hanging wallpaper and applying decorative finishes.
- Repairing minor surface defects before painting.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Working independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Painter & Decorator.
- Own tools and transport preferred.
- Good attention to detail and high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
- CSCS card preferred but not essential.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
