Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Online English Teachers to join our educational team. This role involves delivering engaging and effective English lessons to students of various ages and backgrounds via online platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for teaching, and experience working with children or in special education settings. Responsibilities
- Develop customised lesson plans that promote active learning and student engagement.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support improvement.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and confidence.
- Maintain accurate records of lesson attendance, student performance, and curriculum progression.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and special educational needs where applicable.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure clear understanding of learning objectives and progress.
Skills
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching English, preferably in an online setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and engagingly.
- Experience working with children or in specialised education environments is highly desirable.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learner requirements.
- Organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple classes efficiently.
