I’m currently working with a highly regarded law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its successful Wills, Trusts & Probate team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious private client lawyer looking to take the next step in their career, with genuine scope to take on greater responsibility and play an important role in the continued growth of the department.
The Role
You’ll handle a high-quality and varied private client caseload, including:
- Wills & succession planning
- Probate & estate administration
- Trusts
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection
- Inheritance Tax & estate planning
- Asset protection and wealth preservation
Alongside managing your own caseload, you’ll have the opportunity to support and mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the development of the wider team.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong experience across a broad range of private client matters
- Excellent technical knowledge
- A client-focused approach and strong communication skills
- The ambition to progress into a senior/leadership position
- Experience mentoring or supervising others would be advantageous
