About You and the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and professional Care Support Professional to join our salaried care team at Auriens Chelsea. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents within their private apartments, supporting them to live safely, comfortably and independently. Working closely with the wider Auriens team and Draycott Nursing & Care, you will deliver support based on each resident’s individual care plan.
The role forms part of the Auriens Night Concierge team, combining exceptional resident service with the delivery of overnight care. You will welcome residents and visitors entering the building, maintain a reassuring and professional presence throughout the night, and ensure the smooth running of the overnight service.
Alongside your concierge responsibilities, you will undertake scheduled care visits and respond promptly to unscheduled care requests, emergencies and incidents that may arise overnight. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and relevant healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive timely, compassionate and appropriate support whenever they need it.
This is a varied role suited to someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional care and service, is confident working independently overnight, and is committed to creating a safe, welcoming and supportive environment for our residents
This is a full-time, onsite role based at Auriens Chelsea, working on an average of 40.25 hours per week (172.5 per month).
The role operates on a rota covering shifts from 8pm to 8am - 15 shifts a month, averaging 3.5 nights per week.
Key Responsibilities

Provide schedule care visits to residents in their apartment
- Respond to resident requests for support across the Auriens building
- Assist residents with personal care, mobility and daily tasks
- Monitor resident wellbeing and report any concerns
- Maintain accurate care records and follow company policies
- Respond to urgent situations such as, fall, illness or emergency calls
Training
