Job Description:
As a Line Cook at SkyDiner, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dishes to our customers. You will work alongside our kitchen team to prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to Skycafe’s standards. Your attention to detail, ability to work in a fast paced environment and keep an organised work station will provide our customers a great experience.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet SkyDiner’s expectations.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Assist with inventory management and stocking as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:
- No formal qualifications required.
- Experience as a Line Cook or similar role is preferred but full training will be given.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
