We are a double-glazing manufacturer and we’re looking for a friendly and organised Customer Service Administrator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or build a career in an office environment, with full training provided.
You’ll be speaking with customers daily, handling enquiries, and ensuring orders are processed accurately for our manufacturing team. There is also an opportunity to earn commission through customer interactions and order handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers
- Taking and confirming new orders
- Processing orders for manufacturing
- General admin tasks and data entry
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills (email, typing, data entry)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Organised, reliable, and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience:
- No experience required – full training provided
- Previous customer service/admin experience is a plus
