Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant activities, ensuring smooth operations from opening to closing
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of servers, cooks, baristas, and support staff to deliver outstanding service
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards and consistency
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food production procedures
- Coordinate with kitchen staff on menu execution, culinary techniques, and food presentation
- Manage customer service interactions to resolve issues promptly and enhance guest satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to optimize profitability
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong team management skills with the ability to lead by example
- Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices
- Background in culinary arts or kitchen experience is highly desirable
- Familiarity with hospitality operations including serving, barista tasks, and hotel-related services is a plus
- Leadership qualities with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations applicable to restaurant settings
