Position Summary
Job Title: Shipping and Logistics Controller
Location: Ansty Park, Coventry
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Duration: Permanent
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for a new challenge within a fast-paced aerospace environment. We are open to candidates from a wide range of backgrounds and value attitude and potential just as much as direct industry experience.
As a Shipping and Logistics Controller, you will support the movement of products across the global supply chain, ensuring shipping documentation is accurate, compliant and processed on time. You will work closely with internal teams, warehouse personnel and logistics providers to support critical customer deliveries and maintain high standards of operational excellence.

Generate accurate import and export documentation, shipping instructions and clearance paperwork
Maintain compliant and accurate records within company systems and processes
Liaise with internal teams, warehouse personnel and freight forwarders to support deliveries
Manage and prioritise daily logistics activities, including the group mailbox
Support transport, shipping and authorisation processes to ensure on-time delivery
Assist colleagues across the team and contribute to continuous improvement activities
Qualifications
Skills Required
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, organisation and workload prioritisation skills
Positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
Team player who enjoys collaborating and contributing to shared success
Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
Comfortable working in a hands-on operational environment, including manual handling activities, moving pallets and boxes, wearing PPE and working both indoors and outdoors throughout the year
